Mikey joined the business as HR Assistant in 2007 supporting the HR department with store level ER issues and general HR. Mikey progressed his way to the role of HR Business Partner to the Operations team across NI and ROI 3 years ago and leads a team of 3 Trainers supporting the needs of the store teams across that region.

Darren is the perfect example of internal progression through his 27 years with the business having successfully progressed his way from team member through to Restaurant Manager and to his current position of Area Coach leading a portfolio of restaurants in England, responsible for Brand Standards, Guest experience and the commercial success of each Business Unit he leads.

Ann has many years of experience leading Operations across KFC. Starting out as a team member she has had a career that has always been rooted in Operations working her way along all management levels at store and then above store leading to her joining the group in 2015 as Operations Director. Ann leads the vast OperationsTeam of Region Coaches and Area Coaches for the groups 156 stores across the Uk Scotland Ni and ROI.
